WH 200 RYT Yoga Teacher Training Course

Course Starts October 19th - 14 weeks  

Whether you wish to deepen your yoga practice or become a teacher, our training will take you on a journey of self-discovery, supported by a caring community of mentors, scholars and fellow seekers.

Our carefully designed class schedule is geared towards working professionals and their busy lifestyles. The program starts on October 19th and lasts 14 weeks with 12 hours of class time per week as follows:

  • Fridays - 7pm to 10pm
  • Saturday - 12pm to 4:00pm
  • Sunday - 12pm to 4:00pm

The cost of the training is $2,899​ and includes the classes and materials, and unlimited access to yoga classes at Wheel House (space permitting).

Free Yoga To help you deepen your practice Wheel House offers unlimited free yoga during your WH RYT 200 Teacher Training. This provides a great way to deepen your own practice while at the same time refining the skills you are learning in your training.

Renowned and Experienced Instructors Get real world tution through Danni and his team of instructors. Each instructor is carefully chosen base upon their key strengths. 

Yoga Alliance Certified Wheel House is registered as a Yoga School as well as a member of the Yoga Alliance. This makes our teacher training certifications recognized world-wide. 

Prerequisites No formal experience is required to enroll in this WH RYT 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training program. However, we do recommend that you have had at least six months of regular practice prior to the start of the course.

Wheel House Yoga

Power Vinyasa

Our athletic approach on the traditional Vinyasa. Be prepared to sweat, engage, move dynamically and touch on all Yoga pose families, such as twists, backbends, forward folds, standing poses and inversions.

Precision Vinyasa

Precise approach to the vinyasa tradition, focusing attention on alignment, subtle details and breath. This efficient class that is challenging, dynamic, and physically and mentally energizing is sure to leave you feeling whole and refined.

Lunch Break Flow  

Our midday flow reminds you to take a break, and to take care of yourself. Let go of the marathon of meetings and calls -- take time to connect with your breath, linking to a series of challenging and precise movements. Feel invigorated and energized for the rest of your day and evening.

Wake Up Flow!

Good morning! This class is designed to help jump-start your day. Begin gently with connection to breath and sun salutations. Move into a deeper sequence to bring your whole body to life for the day ahead.

Hot Power Flow  

This class intensifies the Vinyasa flow experience by turning the heat up to about 86 degrees. Movements are linked, breath by breath, and form a flowing sequence of postures that will increase your physical and mental strength, flexibility and stamina.

Deep Flow Vinyasa 

Dive into a deeper awareness and mindfulness with this class. Class structure is designed to allow students to go deeper into poses, setting up an intelligent array of postures, ending with deep meditation and savasana.


Time to relax. This practice is all about taking time to unwind and slow down. Begin with a short meditation and connection to breath. Through the remainder of class, you'll hold 5-6 poses, all supported with props like blocks, blankets and bolsters to set you up for deep relaxation in both body and mind.

Chill Mellow Flow  

Our take on a blend of Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga. Packed with all the nutrients each of these classes provide but at a slower pace, with deeper breaths to reconnect with your mellow, softer side.

WH Rhythm Flow

This 75 minute hybrid class is a 30 min. WH Rhythm Express Class and a 45 min. WH Athletic Yoga Flow (1-2) class bundled together - So you can strengthen and flex your muscles and work on your endurance at the same time. This class is split between the indoor cycling studio and the mat studio.

Wheel House offers an immaculate spacious studio, expert instructors, great music, and precise routines. Wheel House is home to a great community of like-minded people looking to take their fitness to the next level and inspiring us to be serious at making excellent fitness fun, in an energizing atmosphere.  

Our Story

Carl Morley conceived the idea of opening a group fitness studio after realizing that his passion was not in fact building technology products but teaching group fitness classes instead. He believed that local gyms often viewed group fitness classes as an overhead and thereby failed to invest in their group fitness programs resulting in poor customer experience. Wheel House opened its doors in May 2013 and has been revolutionizing group fitness ever since offering over 125 classes per week that span Yoga, Core Strength, TRX and Indoor Cycling. 

At Wheel House, we believe fitness should be fun , within a safe environment, instructed by experienced teachers, easily accessible to anyoneand flexible to their busy schedules, focused around a community of similar like minded people and result oriented. 

Wheel House offers over 125 fitness classes per week that have been carefully designed to provide participants with challenging, safe, and efficient workouts with the busy professional in mind. The Wheel House facility is just over 7,500 square feet and includes a Yoga studio, Core Strength studio, Indoor Cycling studio with 50 bikes, and restrooms complete with showers. The Wheel House fitness facility has the latest technology with some classes incorporating performance metric tracking measures that can be analyzed over time.

From the moment you open our doors, you’ll be greeted with a warm and welcoming member of our team. Our staff will get to know your name and are always available to assist with any setup or questions that you may have.  

Wheel House only hires the very best instructors to join our team. Instructors are always available before and after your workout to answer any specific questions that you have regarding your class.
